Your rules.
Built into the work.
Build your pricing decisions and job requirements into everyday work. Conditional rules, customer benefits, required forms, and pricing checks give your team a clear starting point and bring exceptions back for review.

- Define the conditions
- Set service pricing rules using Site details, city, state, and straight-line distance from the office. Use fixed amounts or formulas with numeric Site fields.
- Carry the decision forward
- Set a rate or add to it when conditions match, in the order you define. Preview the calculation at a customer Site before relying on it.

Tags that drive pricing
Turn customer labels into customer benefits. Owner tags can carry percentage or fixed discounts into new estimates and work orders across that owner’s Sites.
- Recognize the customer
- Set a fixed or percentage discount, with an optional maximum for percentage discounts. Where automatic benefits overlap, the best eligible benefit applies to the work.
- Put policy into practice
- Existing customers keep their saved tag terms. Covered membership visits keep their agreed price; eligible extra work can receive the discount.

Pricing checks
Spot differences during invoice review, then open the work order to understand the price.

- Surface the exception
- Compare a marked rate with the current calculation and see what changed. Missing distance inputs and recognized member rates have their own explanations.
- Keep a person in command
- Apply the current calculation on supported editable lines, or save a deliberate Site price for supported services. Pricing checks guide the decision; they do not change the price automatically.

Requirements by design
The right paperwork should follow the job. Set conditions that determine when a form is required and which questions appear.
- Match the work
- Require forms by service or Site location and carry them into the mobile completion flow.
- Ask what matters
- Show follow-up fields based on earlier answers. Pre-fill configured fields with existing customer and Site information.
